Working in English language teaching with people from around the world is highly creative, interesting and rewarding – but the seasonal nature of the work and the laws of supply and demand in an English-speaking country can make finding steady work less than straightforward.

Nevertheless, every year Directors of Studies across the county can be found pulling their remaining hairs out whilst desperately searching for the right people to teach their upcoming classes.
